Going on annual leave and need colleagues to help respond to or cover your tax-pooling clients? Fear no more! Our portal now allows firmwide access to Taxpayers.
All practice staff who have an account with Tax Traders will have access to all the practice’s clients on the Tax Traders portal (excluding any clients you’ve requested to keep private).
With the new "All Taxpayers" tab, you can see all the taxpayers associated with your practice so you have more visibility, but still only receive notifications that are relevant to taxpayers on your specific list.
If one of your colleagues is away, you can easily access information on their taxpayers (in addition to any new taxpayers that have been made available to everyone).
